4 * in their raiting. I would give the roms a 4*, the hotel a 3* becuase of missing central services like a bar.
Great location – close to station bellarus, including 2 major metro lines. Only 2 Minutes to Metro entrance. ~10 Minutes to red place and Kremlin.
A Hotel build into some floors of a office building (little bit difficult to find, unless you read and speak russian :-)). Rooms, Receiption, Breakfirst room – not a tipycal Hotel, while everything they don´t have (Bar, Restaurant, ..) is still in the same building.
Because of price/rooms/location clearly a nice choice.
